So, I was asked to make a ladybug birthday cake for my friend Erin's daughter. Most of the ladybug cakes I see are a variation on the "one giant ladybug cake" and they're totally cute but I decided to challenge myself to come up with an alternative that was still cute but just a bit more interesting.
